Use the MBO AI Assistant:

  1. While logged into your MBO site, on the bottom left, click "AI Assistant" button.
  2. Simply ask your MBO related how to question with any helpful context that provides it clarity to help your specific need.
  3. It will reply with processes and support articles that will guide you through most standard process needs within the software.



MindBodyOnline Support Website:

MBO has an extensive support site that documents most, if not all standard processes. Combining this resource with the AI Assistant will hep you solve most normal process questions quickly.
