  1. Click on Staff
  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right
  3. Click on Manage Schedules

  1. Click Add New Schedule to set up a new schedule. Skip to step 10 to edit a current schedule.

  1. Available is when they can work. Unavailable would be for a block “IE: Dr Appt”
  2. Select all categories of services you want to assign with the drop down.
  3. Assign date ranges and times
  4. Assign privacy to be online booking/public facing, or only internal staff can book
  5. Click Add to save and go to staff’s schedule home screen

  1. To edit a current schedule, click on the schedule
  2. From here you can change start an end times
  3. You can add or remove services categories that can be booked during these times
  4. You can adjust the repetition of this schedule
  5. And you can adjust whether it’s public facing or not.

  6. Hit save
