- Click on Staff
- Click on the 3 dots to the right
- Click on Manage Schedules
- Click Add New Schedule to set up a new schedule. Skip to step 10 to edit a current schedule.
- Available is when they can work. Unavailable would be for a block “IE: Dr Appt”
- Select all categories of services you want to assign with the drop down.
- Assign date ranges and times
- Assign privacy to be online booking/public facing, or only internal staff can book
- Click Add to save and go to staff’s schedule home screen
- To edit a current schedule, click on the schedule
- From here you can change start an end times
- You can add or remove services categories that can be booked during these times
- You can adjust the repetition of this schedule
- And you can adjust whether it’s public facing or not.
- HOT TIP: The little man on the right is grey = hidden from public. If he’s blue = public
- Hit save
HOT TIP: Set a calendar reminder, and check your staff settings once a month to ensure everything is correct.
