GUIDE: Re-Sending a Gift Card Reciept

This guide will show you how to make sure your gift cards are set up to send receipts after purchase, and how to re-send them to a guest if needed. 


FIRST: Be sure Auto Email Gift Card confirmation is set up:

PURCHASERS – RECEIPT

 

Here are the steps to finding the gift card purchases and information. We recommend you pull the Prepaid gift card report each night and manually push the receipts out to the purchasers during Gift Card season. 

 

 

MBO Insights > reports > Sales > Gift Card > change to prepaid and narrow down dates > generate

Click Sales ID >AMEX> WALK IN

By clicking on the Sale ID, you will be able to retrieve the receipt and send to the purchaser.

 

RECIPIENT of the GIFT CARD – You will need their email address, or this can be forwarded to the purchaser who can then print or email to the Recipient. Please see the attached word doc email template. This should be sent out from your Salon Email address so that the proper signature is applied.

 

  • Please be sure to add your salons name after The Lash Lounge
  • Please be sure to add the Gift Card number which can be found in the purchasing info above
