MindBodyOnline: Cross Center Member Profiles

These are instructions from MindBodyOnline regarding how to properly merge cross center member profiles.  It’s not actually merging anything, which makes it easy and quick, and salons should be able to do this as well:

Cross Center Member Profiles

1. In the Salon where membership lives:
   1. Copy phone number
   2. Click on “edit name”
   3. Click on Assign
   4. Change client id to member’s phone number
   5. Remove dashes, parentheses, etc.
   6. Save
2. Then, switch to visiting salon:
   1. Find other profile (matching email address and/or phone number)
   2. Copy phone number
   3. Click on “edit name”
   4. Click on Assign
   5. Change client id to member’s phone number
   6. Remove dashes, parentheses, etc.
   7. Save

System will refresh, no “merge profile” action is needed.
