Important Update: Transitioning PowerBI Services

Hello & Happy New Year!!

I hope this message finds you well in the start of 2025! I’m writing to share some important updates about changes to our PowerBI services below. 

1. New PowerBI Environment:
    We have parted ways with Franworth for PowerBI services as of the first of this year. Instead, we are transitioning to a new environment that we fully control, supported by a new partner. This partner will work closely with Tyler, our Director of IT, to maintain and build reports tailored to our needs.
2. Transition Period:
   • The transition process will take place over the next two months, with an expected completion by the end of February.
   • During this time: 
     1. No new users can be added to the platform
     2. No edits or updates can be made to existing reports
     3. No new reports can be created
3. Temporary Downtime:
   There will be some temporary downtime in reporting during the transition. We are working hard to limit this, and will communicate any disruptions ahead of time to minimize the impact on your operations. Right now, this is simply informative. PowerBI is up and running as normal. We simply wanted to give you the heads up. ?
4. Improved Access and Cost Savings:
   • Once the transition is complete, you’ll receive new links and detailed instructions for logging in.
   • For our TLL franchisees, we are excited to announce that you will no longer have to pay a $10/month license fee! All users will have free access in our new environment.
5. Future Enhancements:
    After the transition, we will resume building and improving reports to meet your needs.
